For a long period rentings (more than 28 Days) the electricity will be an extra charge, (you will pay according to how many kwh you have spent). Upon your check-in you and the owner will take the electricity measurement and one day before your departure or at the end of each month will take the last measurement. The elctricity cost 0,30€/KWH and you have to pay this amount on the same day by cash money to the owner.
Furthermore, you will give to the owner the deposit of 200,00€ by cash money upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount the owner will give back to you upon your departure.”
