Mariantis Maisonette is a lovely home with enough of space for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as easy and quick access to the beaches and city center. The house’s interior and exterior rooms are suitable for comfortable and relaxing vacations in a peaceful green setting with a breathtaking view of Chania. The house consists of two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you enter it you will find the living room with the kitchen that is fully equipped with fridge, cookers, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and all the necessary stuff if you want to cook something for yourself! Bed linen, towels and cleaning kit are also provided during your stay. There is also a TV and A/C at all floors, and of course WiFi that covers the entire house because of its extender. Also all of the curtains of the house are “black out”. At the bathrooms you can find,shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush and slippers. Also at your disposal there is a washing machine, iron, iron table and two clotheslines. There are two balconies that have a hose and a sunbrella, where you can relax and enjoy the incredible view. A map of Chania and hand sanitizer are provided to you. Monthly Rental Terms and Conditions Τhe electricity will be an extra charge, (you will pay according to how many kwh you have spent). Upon your check-in you and the owner will take the electricity measurement and two days before your departure or at the end of each month will take the last measurement. The electricity cost 0,30€/KWH and you have to pay this amount on the same day by cash money to the owner Furthermore, you will give to the owner the deposit of 200,00€ by cash money upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount will be given back to you by the owner upon your departure.
