As you get in the house you can see the kitchen with the living room (with 2 sofas and a HD TV) and dining area. It is fully equipped with new amenities such as a refrigerator, all cooking basics such as a toaster, an electric kettle , air-conditioning, free WiFi access, washing machine, filter coffee machine, HDTV, hairdryer. The accommodation provides free linen, towels, an iron with ironing board , a sandwich maker. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed with single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine for washing your clothes during your accommodation. The proberty provides a private patio on with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your meals. There is a quick access to the city center of Chania but also to the national road of Crete where not only you can easily explore western Crete and its sandy beaches such as Falasarna, Balos, Elafonissi but also all of the other cities of Crete such as Rethymno, Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos.

MONTHLY RENTAL – TERMS AND RULES

We would like to inform you that your stay includes free Wi-Fi and water.  Upon your check-in you and the owner will take the electricity measurement and one day before your departure or at the end of each month will take the last measurement. The elctricity cost 0,30€/KWH and you have to pay this amount on the same day by cash money to the owner.
Furthermore, you will give to the owner the deposit of 200,00€ by cash money upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount the owner will give back to you upon your departure. This will help us accurately track your electricity usage.
