Monthly Rental Terms and Conditions Τhe electricity will be an extra charge, (you will pay according to how many kwh you have spent). Upon your check-in you and the owner will take the electricity measurement and two days before your departure or at the end of each month will take the last measurement. The electricity cost 0,30€/KWH and you have to pay this amount on the same day by cash money to the owner Furthermore, you will give to the owner the deposit of 200,00€ by cash money upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount will be given back to you by the owner upon your departure.
