The maisonette is located on the second floor in a quiet area of Germaniko Pouli with enough space for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as easy and quick access to the organized beaches and city center. The sandy beach of Aptera is located 500m away. Chrisi Akti beach is 2 km away and Agioi Apostoli beach is 3.1km away. There are supermarkets almost 100m away. There is a 24 hours, supermarket 600m away and also a bakery 600m away. Chania city center is located 3,5km away. Maisonette can host up to 5 guests, as it consists of two bedrooms and a sofa-bed which we can make it as a bed. As you get into the maisonette there is the living room with a sofa bed, a Smart TV with Netflix, a clothes rack, A/C, an office desk, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Next to the living room there is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, a kitchen, an electric kettle, a toaster, blender, a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine.There is a private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture such as a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the sunset.As you go on the upper floor, you will have the opportunity to feel comfortable in any of the two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and air conditioning in each bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.The accommodation provides free linen, bath towels, free Wi-Fi access, iron with ironing board, hairdryer and parking on the public road. The apartment is so well situated that all your transportation can be done on foot since everything is around 100 – 600 m away but the most important of all is that the bus station is only 200m from the accommodation and you can reach different tourist attractions such as Samaria Gorge, the beaches of Elafonissi, Falassarna, Gramvousa, Balos but also all areas of Chania prefecture as well as Rethymnon and Heraklion.

Monthly Rental Terms and Conditions (from October till March/April)

Your stay includes complimentary Wi-Fi and water. Please note that electricity is subject to an additional charge of €0.30 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) used. The electricity meter will be checked in your presence, along with the owner, upon your arrival and again upon your departure, or monthly. This process is designed to ensure accurate tracking of your electricity usage. Additionally, you are required to provide a cash deposit of €200.00 upon your arrival, which will serve as a guarantee for electricity usage. This deposit will be refunded to you upon your departure.
