Harmony Apartment in Chania is a brand new modern place close to the city center of Chania. There is a quick access to the national road of Crete where you can as easily explore western Crete and its sandy beaches such as Falasarna, Balos, Elafonisi but also all the other cities of Crete such as Rethymno, Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. The distance from the center of the city of Chania is 2,7 km. away and the Old Venetian Port is only 3.6 km. far away. The airport of Chania is 14,7 km away. Harmony Apartment in Chania is located in AGGELAKI G. 3, and it is on the first level. There is an elevator for your easiest access to the apartment. As you get into the apartmenty there is the living room with a Smart TV 50″ connected to NetFlix and air – condition. Next to the living room there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, a kitchen, a microwave, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine, espresso coffee maker and juicer maker. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds ( upon request we can turn into a double bed ). Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, air – condition, smart TV and balcony. Next to the bedrooms there are two full bathrooms with showers. You can find the washing machine in the storage, iron with an ironing board. The accommodation provides free linen, towels, free Wi-Fi access, parking lot, a clothes rack, a hairdryer. On the main balcony there is an outdoor sitting set and  two outdoor sofas with table to enjoy your meals under the Greek sun. The balcony on the back side there is a sitting set with a rocking chair. The area where the apartment is located, is a few km away from the city center of Chania and the venetian port. There is regular public transport to the city of Chania at about every 30 minutes which is at the corner from the property. In the near area there is a mini market, bakery and the big supermarket is about 850m away. CIHEAM Chania ( Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania ) is 1 km away and Souda Bay 3.6 km away. 

Monthly Rental Terms and Conditions

We would like to inform you that your stay includes free Wi-Fi, water. You can use up to 300 kWh per month of electricity without any extra charge. Please note that if you exceed this limit, there will be a fee of €0.30 for each additional kWh used. The electricity meter will be checked with you and the owner when you arrive and again when you leave. This will help us accurately track your electricity usage. Furthermore, you will give to the owner the deposit of 200,00€ by cash money upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount the owner will give back to you upon your departure.
